| 摘 要： | 当前法官职务犯罪中存在着集体串案和内外勾结犯罪突出、滥用行政管理权和滥用司法裁判权相互交织、在刑事审判中成为其他犯罪的保护伞等特点。为此应提高法官待遇,实行高薪养廉;完善监督机制,堵塞体制漏洞;强化法官准入制度,提高法官整体素质。

| Abstract: | At present,the judge's crime by taking advantage of duty has the following traits: collective clusters of case collude from both within and without crime to be conspicuous;abuse administrative administrative power and abuse judicial jury diction to interweave each other;the judge becomes the umbrella of other crimes in criminal justice.For this reason,we should improve judge's treatment,nourish honesty with high salary;improve supervision mechanism,stop up system loophole;strengthen judge's entry system,improve judge's whole quality. |
