| 摘 要： | 指出构建以人为本的大学生德育的重要意义,有利于适应大学生德育环境发展变化的客观需要,满足大学生德育对象特点变化的现实需求,实现新时期大学生德育目标的内在要求.提出构建以人为本的大学生德育的基本要求是要把教师人格魅力作为德育的重要立足点;升华人文精神作为德育的重要出发点;正视人的情感作为德育的重要切入点;人的个性差异作为德育的重要关注点;尊重人的需求作为德育的重要着眼点.
