| 摘 要： | 现代企业就象生命有机体一样 ,其活力不仅依赖于企业内的物资代谢 ,还与企业的精神文化活动紧密相关。优秀的企业文化能充分调动员工的积极性和创造性 ,激发企业的活力 ,大大提高企业的竞争力 ,促进企业的发展。因此 ,企业必须长期努力进行企业文化建设 ,企业文化建设是企业永恒的课题。

| Abstract: | A modern enterprise is like an organic life whose energy not only relys on the rennovation of materials within itself but also relates closely to its spirit and culture activity.Excellent culture of an enterprise can fully inspire its staff's activity and creativity,raise its energy,strengthen its competition power and promote its development.Therefore an enterprise should make efforts to construct its culture in a long time.The construction of its culture is an eternal subjuct for an enterprise. |
