| 摘 要： | 世界经济全球化和区域经济集团化是当今国际社会普遍关注的一个重要课题。本文重点研究拉丁美洲国家在世界经济全球化大趋势下区域经济一体化出现的新特点及其面临的严峻挑战，以及它给广大发展中国家，特别是我国在21世纪现代化建设中提供的启示。

It also discusses what the developing countries, espeially China in her modernization in the 21st century, canleam from this issue. |
