农民应该是农业信息最大、最基层的用户群,可是在农业信息服务向数字化、网络化发展的今天,农民却一直游离于网络和网上农业信息资源之外,这对农业信息化和信息化农业的发展极为不利。因而,分析农民应用网络农业信息资源的各种障碍因素,探索突破这些障碍的对策措施,使其能够从信息网络的飞速发展中受益,是农业信息服务工作的重要课题。
