守法是法治社会的基础。守法是一种法定的义务和道德要求。表现为遵守法律的行为,而从内在的角度看,守法更重要的表现为一种守法的精神。在现代法治社会,守法道德既表现为对法定义务的恪守,又同时是对自己合法权利的积极主张。
