| Abstract: | Deng Xiao ping's thought of penalty is an important constituent element of Deng Xiao ping's criminal law thought,of which the important elaboration on the combination of the punishment and leniency,different treatment,the combination of the punishment and education,the capital punishment of careful application and cracking down on severe crime make an active and practical point in the construction of the present rule of criminal law,the realization of running the country by law and strategic goal of the socialist modernization. |
