摘    要:诚信领导和良好的组织伦理氛围,是社会组织安身立命和功能发挥的根基。国内当前关于诚信领导和组织伦理氛围关系的研究,未与对于诚信领导有着特别需求的社会组织相联系。采用元分析方法,系统分析诚信领导与组织伦理氛围的关系,结果表明:诚信领导与组织伦理氛围之间呈正相关,且诚信领导与组织伦理氛围的关系不受文化背景影响。社会组织是社会治理体系不可或缺的组成部分,当前我国部分社会组织由于存在组织领导错位、管理急功近利、社会责任缺失等问题,陷入了公众信任危机。社会组织在未来的运营管理中,应通过诚信领导塑造良好的组织伦理氛围,重建社会公信力,保障组织可持续发展。

Abstract:Authentic leadership and good organizational ethical climate are the foundation for social organizations to survive and play their roles. At present, the researches on authentic leadership and ethical climate of organizations in China has not been related to social organizations that have special needs for authentic leadership. In our study on the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational ethical climate through meta-analysis, 12 empirical studies were included, with a total sample of 3555. The main effect test showed that there is a high degree positive correlation between authentic leadership and organizational ethical climate (r=0.56, P < 0.05). The results of the moderating effect test found that the organizational ethical climate measurement tool has a significant moderating effect on the relationship authentic leadership and organizational ethical climate (Q=10.94, p < 0.05), and the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational ethical climate is not affected by cultural background (Q=0.13, p>0.05). Based on the research findings, this study discusses how to shape, protect and promote authentic leadership, so as to build a good organizational ethical climate and promote the healthy development of social organizations.
