| Abstract: | The compound model of China's administrative reform is proposed on the basis of learning from the experience of administrative reform in the Western countries and the combination of the reality of our country.The purpose is to improve the traditional administrative model,promote the change of administration's pattern,guide governmental action to services,cooperation,responsibility and law,and fundamentally improve the administrative mode. |
