肃清封建残余 加强民主建设

中国漫长的封建社会，近代列强的侵略，先天不足的资本主义，长期的战乱和破坏，贫穷落后的旧中国，决定了新中国还将长期处于社会主义初级阶段，必须大力发展生产力，肃清封建主义残余，尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重科学，发扬社会主义民主，建立民主法治国家。
