| Abstract: | By using the stream of consciousness,a writing technique,Catherine Linm attempts to figure out the relationship between Richard himself and three women around him,and make out the truth of urban people's loneliness,voidness,wandering and drifting in their inner world:desire for money and material things extremely make people lose the basic principle of being a man-human love,respect,responsibility,care and knowledge.As a result,they have become eternal wanderers. |
