复兴政治公共性——汉娜·阿伦特对政治本质的理解

著名政治哲学家汉娜·阿伦特认为，政治的本质在于公共性。政治的公共性包括公开性、复数性和共同性三个基本的特征。现代“社会”领域的出现，极大地破坏了政治的公共性本质。阿伦特主张通过重拾勇气和捍卫行动的途径复兴政治的公共性。然而，有批评家认为，阿伦特关于政治本质的理解太过形式化，因此面临政治“内容”的困惑。

REVIVE POLITICAL PUBLICNESS： HANNAH ARENDT＇S UNDERSTANDING OF POLITICAL ESSENCE

Hannah Arendt, one of the most famous political philosophers in the history of western thought, argued that the essence of politics lies in publicity. Political publicity can be characterized publicity, plurality and commonness. The rise of social realm in modem times has greatly destroyed public essence of politics. Arendt claimed that we should revive political publicity by the means of picking up courage and defending speech and action. However, some thinkers criticized the understanding of political essence was too formalization, hence it was confronted with the puzzle on political contents.
