摘    要:通过股份制和法制对供销社再造,使供销社不仅具有巨大的有形资产,而且拥有强大的无形资产;因而能够将分散的农户组织起来,能促进土地规模经营,实现内部规模经济,能够按市场需求安排生产,能够达到农村经济的交易成本最小,能够解决农村资金不足的问题,能够实行全面的农村社会化服务,能够对农村经济实施有效的经济管理,能够理顺工农关系,能够扩大就业。

Abstract:It makes supply and marketing cooperative has not only enormous and visible capital, but also trememdous ad invisible capital by system of shares and legal system creating again supply and marketing cooperative. As a result, it can organize dispersed peasant household, promote land scope running,realize interior scope economics, arrange production according toward the demand of market, make transaction cost of country economics least,solve the shortage of country capital,practice overall and social service about the counry, carry out effective economics administration to country economics, put in good order the relation of industry and country and enlarge taking up a job.
