| Abstract: | In terms of development,this thesis dissertates on the difficulties and challenges that the wash painting of modern China,as the embodiment of the spiritual life of the times,has experienced during the past 50 years.It also analyzes the causes that Chinese modern wash painting's being cornered in 1980s and 1990s and the possible ways of extricating itself from the predicament. |
