| 摘 要： | 从世界贸易组织的角度出发,分析全球化的概念及其演进过程,探讨全球化给全球法律尤其是国际私法带来的深刻影响。从宏观上看,经济全球化对主权国家、个人、争端解决机制均有冲击;从微观上看,全球化的贸易自由削弱了国家对人类共享文化遗产的特权,全球化贸易要求个人自由流动从而形成快速离婚制度。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of WTO,the present paper analyzes the concept of economic globalization and the process of its evolution and thereupon,enquires into the far -reachi ng impact of this globalization on th e laws of the world,and the private international law in particular.From the ma croscopic point of view,this globalization exercises effect on sovereign state s,individuals and dispute -solving mechanisms and from a microscopic view-point,the globalized trade freedom weakens the states' privilege with r egard to human beings' shared cultur al heritage while globalized trade req uires that individuals should move f reely and thereupon a system of freer divorce will be formed. |
