| Abstract: | Knowledge is the most basic and most important resource of an enterprise. Knowledgeability is the basic nature and internal logic of the management and administration of an enterprise. The knowledgeability in the management and administration of enterprises suggests that enterprise managers receive comprehensive, systematic and strict training, the positions of CEO and CIO be established, bonus mechanism for enterprise managers be improved and internal structure and organization system in enterprise be perfected. |
