| 摘 要： | 19世纪60年代,中华大地掀起了一场轰轰烈烈的洋务运动,以推动中国军事近代化进程。随着大量西方先进军事技术的引进,中国急需一批具有近代战争意识、懂得近代科技知识的新型军事人才。作为晚清著名改革家的薛福成,在他的著作中也曾多次谈到这一方面的问题。

| Abstract: | Since the 1860s,China started the Westernization Movement,which aimed to modernize China military force.With plenty of advanced military technology introduced,China had an imperative demand for a new type of military personnel equipped with the knowledge of modern war,science and technology.Xue Fucheng,a famous reformer in the late Qing dynasty,discussed this situation in his theory works many times. |
