建设一个人民满意的执政党是中国共产党永恒的追求,是实现党长期执政的根本保证。在新的历史条件下,我们党的自身建设和社会发展与人民的要求、期待存在着差距,直接导致号召力、凝聚力、领导力处于被动。建设一个人民满意的执政党,要着力完善党员干部的教育机制、密切联系群众的机制、人民群众监督领导权运行和代表人民根本利益的保障机制,还要努力建立以人民满意为标准的评价机制及构建促进党群关系和谐发展的机制。只有这样,才能让人民满意,实现党长期执政的目标。

Building the CPC into a ruling party people are satisfied with is a long-term pursuit of the Chinese Communist Party and a fundamental guarantee of the CPC in office.Under the new circumstances,there is a gap(between) the CPC's self-construction & social development and the people's demands & expectations,which has caused the passive situation of the CPC in appealing,cohesive force,and leadership.To build the CPC into a ruling Party lies in improving the education mechanism of the Party member cadres,the mechanism of maintaining close ties with the masses,the operation of masses' supervision over the leading power and guaranteeing mechanism of representing the people's fundamental benefits.Moreover,we should build up the assessing mechanism of a ruling party people are satisfied with,the mechanism of building the close relation between the Party and the masses,and the mechanism of harmonious development.Only in this way,can the CPC let the people at ease and realize the goal of long-term ruling.
