| 摘 要： | 在建设社会主义新农村的理论研究与实际工作中，建立科学、统一、简便的绩效评价体系是必不可少的一项基础性的工作。构建新农村建设绩效评价体系要按照科学发展观的要求，从“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”五个方面甄选评价指标，分配以适当的权重，并规定在具体应用中的基本原则和方法。

| Abstract: | It＇s an indispensable and basic work to establish an achievement estimating system that is scientific, unified, simple and convenient in the theory study and practice of the building new socialist countryside. Establishing the achievement estimating system needs to select the evaluation indexes from the five fields including developing production, well-to-do life, civilized rural customs, trim rustic feature, and democratic management according to the scientific development mncept, then to allot suitable proportion and prescribe the main principle and means in the practice. |
