| 摘 要： | 系统地研究了股票增发对股价变动的影响因素和影响动因。分析了2001年我国公布股票增发信息的一些公司的股价变动和影响股价效应的相关因素,计算出了我国股价变动的主要影响因素对股价变动的相关系数。对我国上市公司增发新股提出了合理的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,study is made on the effect imposed on stock price fluctuation by increasing new shares.Furthermore analysis is made on the changes of stock price of companies that announced increasing shares information in 2001.And the correlative coefficient between stock price fluctuation and its main effect factors is figured out.Finally,advices are brought forward to the stock companies for issuing new shares. |
