| 摘 要： | 《牡丹亭》续作基本叙杜丽娘和柳梦梅姻缘后事,但是,汤显祖原作中的主要人物形象,到此都发生了翻天覆地的变化。作者借古喻今、寄托怀抱,同时也将一部"生生死死为情多"的《牡丹亭》,变成了一曲忠臣义仆、清官贤妇的颂歌,成为一部理学的教科书。

| Abstract: | The sequels of The Peony Pavilion are narrations on the marriage life of Du Liniang and Liu Mengmei in general.However,the main characters in Tang Xianzu's original work are drastically changed.The authors expressed their own ethical ideals by using the past to allude to the present.As a result,the keynote of The Peony Pavilion is changed from immortal,passionate love between men and women to ethical righteousness among loyalists,upright officials,and virtuous women.In this regard,those sequels can be seen as nothing more than propagandas of neo-Confucianism. |
