近年来 ,中国古代婚姻史研究者依然遵循着摩尔根假定的婚姻家庭关系的进化模式 ,认为中国婚姻形态也必定经历了“乱婚”及“血缘婚”阶段 ,硬造中国古代的婚姻史体系。事实上 ,婚姻形态是具体的多样的 ,每个民族都有自己独特的早期两性结合方式 ,“乱婚”和“血缘婚”并不是人类婚姻史上一个普遍存在的阶段。因而 ,中国婚姻史有必要重新构建自己的体系

Early Marital Forms in China

In recent years, the researchers of marriage history, following Molgans evolutionary pattern of the marriage and family, claim that the forms of marriage must have experienced the stages of confused marriage and consanguineous marriage in China. Moreover, they framed a marital system of ancient Chinese. In fact,the marital forms are concrete and various, and every people has its own early form of two sexes mating. Confused marriage and consanguineous marriage are not the stages that universally exist. It is, therefore, necessary for us to reconstruct the marital system of the human.
