| 摘 要： | 云龙示范区是长株潭城市群＂两型＂社会建设的五大示范区之一。通过对现有＂两型＂产业评价指标体系的分析,首先指出资源节约是＂两型＂产业培育与发展的首要任务,环境友好是＂两型＂产业培育与发展的基础,综合绩效是＂两型＂产业培育与发展的必然结果,创新能力是＂两型＂产业培育与发展的必要条件;然后提出适应云龙示范区长株潭现代服务业中心的功能定位要求的＂两型＂产业评价指标体系;最后总结出＂两型＂产业评价程序。

| Abstract: | Yunlong demonstration district is one of five demonstration district on "two-oriented society" construction at Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.By analyzing the existing index system of "two-oriented" industry,at first,it points out that saving resources is the top priority to foster and develop "two-oriented" industry;friendly environment is its foundation;comprehensive performance is its inevitable result;and innovation capability is its necessary condition.Then the index system of "two-oriented" that adapt to functional position of Yunlong demonstration district is center of modern service industry in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration are put forward.Finally,evaluation procedures of "two-oriented" industry are also summarized. |
