| Abstract: | Teachers are the center of implementing the quality education. The high quality of the teaching team is the foundation of the high quality of education. As we know, the morality is superior to the talent,the teachers' morality takes up the first place of the education, it can produce the impact influence on the education's level and quality. No good teaching moral ty the teacher, no bright future of the education. Now that strengthening the teachers' morality and building a good teaching team is the prerequistite and the garantee of carrying out the quality education and fostering hight quality talents. |
