Triple Performance and Harmony Evaluation of Large Public Project Engineering

Large public project engineering,which has large-scale investments and stakeholders,influences the development of the district or city in which the projects lie.Based on analyzing the performance characteristics and the connotation of economy-society-ecology triple performance of large public project engineering,this paper explores economy-society-ecology triple performance harmony evaluation model.The models of the harmonious degree and harmonious development degree reflect the whole performance level of the large public project engineering,and the harmonious relations among economy,society and ecology,which also embody the economical,social and natural properties of the large public projects engineering.
