| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力转移是破解“三农”问题、建设社会主义新农村的关键。农村剩余劳动力转移在不同国家及同一国家不同地区之间存在不同模式。文章以浙江省为研究对象,对农村劳动力转移模式进行了划分,分析了浙江省农村劳动力转移的特点,并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The transfer of rural labour force is the key to settling the three issues concerning agriculture,countryside and peasants,and it is also the key to constructing new socialist countryside.There are distinct patterns of transfer of rural surplus labour force in different countries and even in different areas of the same country.Taking Zhejiang as the research object,this paper divides the transfer patterns of rural labour force,analyses the characteristics of the transfer of rural labour force in Zhejiang and submits some corresponding policy suggestions. |
