Implications of China''''s Entry into WTO for Guangzhou University''''s Development

China's entry into WTO presents Guangzhou University with an excellent opportunity for its development as well as challenges. Therefore, it is of vital importance for Guangzhou University to take the opportunity and achieve development in the process of serving the social and economic development of Guangzhou City by enhancing the integrity of the University's teaching and research work, prioritizing discipline development, and implementing the responsibility policy for the discipline leaders on a second level discipline basis. The substantial strength and contributions achieved through the construction process will enhance the University's education quality and level,and thus facilitate the Guangzhou University's development.
