猪生殖──呼吸综合征研究

对某猪场所发生的病猪进行了流行病学、临床病理学、病原学、血清学等研究，结果表明：该病主要发生于妊娠母猪及断奶后的仔猪。主要表现为母猪流产、死胎、木乃伊胎；仔猪主要表现呼吸困难、紫绀、大叶性肺炎、出血性淋巴结炎及败血症。ELISA及RT─PCR检测为PRRS阳性，在肺、肺门淋巴结及脾脏巨噬细胞浆内可观察到圆形或卵圆形、电子密度低、大小为55-70nm、其外围有囊膜的病毒颗粒，该颗粒呈团块状或弥漫性分布，由此证实该病为PRRS。

Study on Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome

Sick swine in a pig farm have been studied in epidemiology, clinicopathology, etiology and serology. The results shows that the disease occurs in pregnant sows and postweaning piglings. Its symptoms on sows are abortion, dead fetus and mummified fetes and that on the pigling are dyspenic respiration, cyanosis, labar pneumonia, hemorrhagic lymphnoditis and hematosepsis, Testing by ELISA and RT-PCR, it is positive in Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS). In the macrophagocyte of the lung, pulmonary hilar and spleen, some round granules were found, which have lower electronic density, 50 -70cm diameters. They are enclosed with vesicular membrane and distributed in spherical and diffuse shape. All of the above can verify the disease is PRRS.
