论中国政治伦理及其现代转型

从政治与伦理之间内在的价值关系看,政治伦理的基本问题一般表现为对政治伦理的工具正当性和价值合理性问题的探究;从政治伦理的理论结构看,它应该包含政治伦理价值理念、政治制度伦理、政治组织伦理和政治主体伦理等内容;从中国传统政治伦理的理论特征和影响看,实现传统向现代的转型,是当代中国社会政治转型的重要组成部分;从政治伦理的现代建构看,确立新型的政治伦理价值观、加快制度伦理建设、树立全球政治伦理意识等,是当代中国政治伦理的主要历史使命。

On the Chinese Political Ethics and its Modern Transition

From the immanent value relation between politics and ethics,the basic problems of the political ethics can be expressed as the research about the instrument legitimacy and the value rationality.In light of the theoretical structure of the political ethics,it contains the political ethical value conception,the political system ethics,the political organization ethics and the political corpus ethics etc.In light of the theoretical characteristics and influence of the Chinese traditional political ethics,to achieve the transition from traditional political ethics toward modern one is an important part of the contemporary Chinese social political transition.In light of the modern framework of the political ethics,to establish a new political ethics value, to accelerate the construction of system ethics,to set up the global political ethical consciousness and so on,are the main historical missions of the contemporary Chinese political ethics.
