| Abstract: | These years practice of socializing logistics in colleges and universities shows that only adhering to the connotation of "education", and stability as a prerequisite for the reform, persisting in the change of personnel mechanism, the guidance of governments and the idiological unity within colleges and universities, can we open up a wide way for the reform of logistics. |
