网民跟帖的特点探析——以网易与腾讯雾霾小专题为例

随着门户网站的快速发展，新闻跟帖已经成为网民针对各种事件发表意见的重要平台，在反映舆情民意上起着重要作用。近两年，雾霾成为人们的热议话题，通过研究腾讯和网易新闻专题栏目中有关雾霾的三个小专题中的新闻跟帖，分析了网民跟帖的特点。采用内容分析法和文本分析法对所抽取的样本进行了多层次多角度分析，研究发现当编辑倾向于维护名人时，网民会更多地选择对抗式或协商式解读；当编辑凸显事件危害或批判权威时，大部分网民会选择接受式解读，网民跟帖呈现出了对抗权威的特点。此外，网络文化的发展也促使网民通过戏谑的方式进行情感表达。

Analysis of Characteristics of News Thread by Netizens:Taking the Haze Reports of Netease and Tencent as Examples

With the rapid development of web portal, the news thread has become an important platform for netizens to give opinions about various events. It played an important role in reflecting public opinions. Recently, haze became a hot topic. This thesis analyzed the characteristics of news thread through studying three small special subjects about fog haze from the Netease and Tencent news. By using content analysis and text analysis to analyze 500 samples with multi-level and multi-angle, the authors found netizens would choose adversary or consultative reading when editor maintain famous person. On the contrary, netizens would like to accept the views of editor when editor highlight the harm of events or criticize the authority. News Thread by netizens has the characteristic of against the authority. In addition, with the development of network culture, many Internet users will express their emotion with playful ways.
