高校校园文化建设微博平台利用的实证分析与对策

近年来，随着微博对高校影响的持续深入，高校校园微博化的趋势逐渐形成，微博已经成为高校师生、生生交流互动的重要平台，成为高校开展校园文化建设的重要载体。与此同时，高校官方微博的纷纷建立，也正是适应了校园微博化的这一发展趋势。由于高校在利用微博开展校园文化建设上还存在着经验不足、认知水平有限等问题，校园文化建设还不够完善。对此，高校要全面认识和把握微博的特征及其对校园文化的影响，积极从微博监管、互动机制、育人机制、人才队伍建设、网络大格局构建等方面着手，努力推进和实现校园文化建设微博利用的科学化水平。

In this regard, universities should understand comprehensively and take a grasp of micro-blog characteristics and its influence on campus culture, and strive to promote and realize the scientific level of micro-blog utilization in the campus culture construction from micro-blog regulation, interaction mechanism, education mechanism, talent team construction, network pattern construction and other aspects.
