福泽谕吉中国政策观的骤变——东洋盟主与脱亚入欧

明治初年日本人在对外关系的认识上呈现出三重性结构,致使福泽谕吉等人在论及东洋与西洋的关系时,主张以实现日本的东洋盟主地位来遏制西洋。但出于对中国清朝通过洋务运动以增强国力的担忧和警戒,便很快转向“脱亚入欧论”。这几乎可以说是近代以来中日关系中的一项定律。

The Sudden Change of Fukuzawa Yukiti's Policy of China

In the early period of Meiji,the Japanese idea of the foreign relationship was a trifarious structure,which made Fukuzawa and others,when they discussed the relationship between the East and the West,and then gave a discussion on the policy to China,insisted that Japan should achieve the domination in the East to depress the power of the West.But,because of the worry and the alertness over Qing Dynasty making its power grow stronger by the Westernize Movement,soon they turned to depend on the argument of departure from Asia for Europe.What is stated above seems to be seen as one of the laws in the modern Sino-Japanese relationship.
