On the Administrative Concept and Skills of Head Nurses

In order to improve the administrative skills of head nurses in our hospital,all the head nurses in our hospital were trained by the Nursing Department in the Year of Hospital Administration.Their administrative skills were greatly improved by way of lectures given by experts,collective training,specific guidance and respec- tive conversation.And consequently our hospital passed the Examination of Three A,and these trained head nurses have become the qualified administrators in medical reform.
