摘    要:大学组织特性是决定大学教学管理的根本,是大学教学管理的立足点与内在依据。在坚持学术自由的前提下,制订统一的教学规范是合理的必需的。平衡教学与科研管理机制,克服“重科研轻教学”倾向是当务之急。注重教学管理中的专家教授作用,可以使教学管理从单一的行政管理桎梏中摆脱出来。教学管理要从集权走向分权,激活基层学术组织,让教师与学生共同参与到管理中来。

On the Relationships in University Teaching Management

Abstract:The organizational property of a university is the essential determinant, the standpoint and also the internal basis of its teaching management. It is necessary to establish a unified norm for teaching on the prem- ise of academic autonomy. It is also urgent to balance teaching and research management to correct the "stress-research-to-the-neglect-of-teaching" tendency. Importance should be attached to the role of experts and professors in teaching management so as to free the management from the rule by administration. And teaching management should be decentralized by activating grassroots units to involve both teachers and students in the management.
