高职教育视阈中的师德、师能、师智与师艺

摘    要:在高职教育视阈中,高职教师的师德更强调:爱岗敬业、教书育人、乐于合作;师能更侧重于:基于“工学结合”的课程开发能力、教学能力,基于“校企合作”的融通能力、服务能力,基于“经典”的文化传承能力等方面;师智主要体现在求知探究的科学方法、生存的辩证法等方面;师艺更需兼具产业、行业、企业、职业和实践特点。师德、师能、师智与师艺可通过社会实践、理性反思、典型激励加以培育。

Abstract:In higher vocational education, teachers' virtue mainly refers to love of and commitment to teaching, engagement in educating students, and readiness to cooperate; teachers' ability mostly means the ability to develop a course and conduct classes, the ability to accommodate the needs of enterprises, and the ability to impart and inherit culture; teachers' intellect is embodied in their scientific methods of exploring the unknown and their dialectics for survival; and teachers' art bears the features of industries, trades, enterprises, professions and practice. And the virtue, the ability, the intellect and the art of a teacher can be cultivated through social practice, rational reflection, and inspiration from good examples.
