积极心理学与高校心理健康教育

摘    要:积极心理学是当代新兴的心理学思潮,它关注个体的积极面以及社会的和谐,主张心理学应对人类自身拥有的正向品质加以研究,为高校心理健康教育工作提供了新思路。积极心理学理念下的高校心理健康教育应着重培养学生积极的心理品质和心理体验,构建积极完善的校园文化环境,通过“积极的宣传氛围、组织系统、教育活动、评估体系、干预策略、课程体系”六大模块,塑造学生的积极人格,提高学生的心理素质,进而推进高校心理健康教育工作的全面发展。

Abstract:Positive psychology, an emerging trend of thought in psychology, concerns the positive aspects of individuals and social harmony and advocates the study of the positive qualities of human beings. It offers a new way of mental health education in colleges and universities. According to its theory, emphasis should be laid on the development of students' positive psychological qualities and mental experience so as to create a positive cultural environment on campus. And through six channels, namely the positive propaganda atmosphere, organizational system, educational activities, evaluation system, intervention strategies and curriculum system, students' positive personality can be cultivated and their mental qualities improved, thus promoting the overall development of college mental health education.
