| 摘 要： | ＂东突＂恐怖主义势力是国际恐怖主义的一部分。因此,遏制＂东突＂恐怖主义势力必须建立国际统一战线。国际反恐大势为构建反＂东突＂国际统一战线打下了坚实的基础。灵活运用外交手段,加强与相关国家的协商与合作,不断扩大反＂东突＂国际统一战线。充分利用联合国反恐机制平台,争取国际反恐力量,致力于强化＂上合组织＂的反恐政策、机制及效率建设,建立区域反＂东突＂统一战线,彻底铲除我国的恐怖主义威胁。

| Abstract: | ＂Eatern Turkistan＂ force is part of international terrorism.To crack down on terrorism,we must develop and set up a unified international counter-terrorism front： adopt flexible diplomatic means,strengthen consultations and cooperations with concerned countries,and extend the international front.Efforts must be made to eradicate terrorist threats to China by utilizing the UN counter-terrorism mechanism and platform,and setting up a regional unified front against ＂Eastern Turkistan＂ terrorist force by reinforcing SCO counter-terrorism policy and mechanism. |
