On Employing International English Teachers in Internationalization Perspective in Higher Learning Institutions

The employment of international English teachers is closely related to the internationalization of higher learning education. The higher learning institutions supported by the ＂211 Project＂ in Sichuan Province are very supportive in employing such teachers, which have produced significant impacts on up- grading school education, especially on uplifting the English teaching quality and internationalization. There are, however, problems that must be analyzed carefully and solved timely.
