我国高校趋同化的原因剖析与对策思考

随着我国高等教育的发展，很多高校在办学定位、专业设置、人才培养模式、校园文化等许多方面出现了较严重的趋同化现象。给国家、社会、高校以及大学生发展都带来了很多负面影响。克服高校趋同化现象是一项系统工程：从政府方面，要发挥宏观调控与引导功能，引导高校多样化发展；从社会方面，要通过转变观念，建立现代的人才观，为高校避免趋同化发展创造良好的社会文化环境；从高校自身方面，要去除功利浮躁，合理定位，走个性化发展道路。

With the development of China＇s higher education, a relatively severe phenomenon of assimilation arises in many universities in terms of development orientation, establishment of majors, models of talents training and campus culture. Consequently, a certain harm is brought about to the development of the nation, society, universities and universities students. Internal mechanism of taking shape and various external triggering factors lie behind the assimilation of universities. Tackling the problem of universities as- similation is a systematic project： at the government level, the diversified development of universities should be guided by bringing into full play macro-control and guidance function; At social level, by transforming concepts and establishing modern concepts of talents, favorable social and cultural circumstances should be created to avoid universities assimilations; At universities level, utilitarianism and fickle psychology should be eradicated, rational orientation should be achieved and individualized development should be put into practice.
