高校教学督导效果影响因素分析

摘    要:教学督导是教学质量的重要保障,教学督导效果是教学督导质量的体现。通过检索文献并采用内容分析法对其分析后发现,教学督导效果的影响因素包括难度、投入与态度,其中影响教学督导效果难度的至要维度包括教学督导环境、关系和内容等方面;教学督导投入主要包括科研、资源、时间、人力等方面的投入;教学督导态度主要是学校和教师对督导工作的认识程度及其价值判断的反映。通过难度、投入与态度的积极影响和作用,从而达到一定的教学督导效果:促进教学质量的提高;塑造良好的教学氛围与环境,提升学术管理水平。

Abstract:Teaching supervision is the guarantee of teaching quality, and the effectiveness of teaching supervision is the embodiment of the quality of the supervision. An analysis of the related literature shows that the factors affecting the effectiveness of the supervision include difficulty, investment and attitude. Among them, the dimension of difficulty concerns the environment, the relationship and the content of the supervision; the teaching supervisors' investment refers to the investment in scientific research, resources, time, and human power; and attitude reveals the school authority's and teachers' understanding and value judgment of teaching supervision. Only with the positive influence of theses three dimensions can the effectiveness of the supervision be achieved, teaching quality be improved and a favorable atmosphere be created to improve the management of scientific research.
