新时期音像资料管理的原则与策略

通过分析知识管理和数字技术在音像资料管理中产生的影响,提出新时期音像资料管理的六项原则和四项策略。即促进学校改革与发展原则,参与管理原则,有序原则,创新原则,高效原则,激励原则以及拓展音像资料的使用空间策略,构建个人、团体、学校相结合的多层次、全方位的音像资料开发模式策略,构建有线电视网、计算机网和通信网相融合的内部知识交流与共享的宽带网络策略,设立音像资料管理部门、建立音像资料的管理制度策略。

Principles and Strategies of Audio and Video Materials in the New Times

By analyzing the influence of knowledge administration and digital technology on the management of audio and video materials,six principles and four strategies are put forward.They are the principles of improving the reform and development of the college,participating in the management,orderly principle,innovation principle,high efficiency principle,inspiration principle and the strategies of expanding the usage space of audio and video materials,constructing a multi-level and all-round developing mode which combines individuals,groups and colleges,the strategy of constructing a broad band network of cable TV net,computer net and communications net in which inner knowledge can be exchanged and shared,and the strategy of establishing the managing system of audio and video materials.
