| Abstract: | In early 1920,with the movement of the Government and the elites of new culture,the Department of Education under Beijing Government finally changed Classical Chinese into mandarin(national language) in the Primary School,which symbolized that vernacular literature entered the knowledge production system with the legal status of national language.Simultaneously it marked the beginning for the decline and marginalization of the classical Chinese education tradition. |
