| 摘 要： | 农转工是我国特有的安置因建设征地而失去土地的农民进城工作的一种制度,以一个具体村庄为样本,探讨了在社会转型过程中,体制性因素和个人性因素是如何影响农转工人员从边缘化到再边缘化的作用机理,并在此基础上试图构建具有更广泛解释意义的再边缘化理论。

| Abstract: | The transforming of peasant to worker is a special process of relocating those peasants who have lost their lands because of expropriation for construction as workers.Taking a concrete village as a sample,paper tries to explain how the constitutional and individual factors affect peasant-transformed workers from marginalization to re-marginalization in the transition of society. On the basis,also tries to form the theory of more meaningful re-marginalization. |
