信息社会的时代精神与人的社会化未来

信息社会的时代精神主要包括创新精神、平等精神、奉献精神、学习精神、国际精神、人性精神和团结精神七个方面.这些时代精神决定着信息社会人的社会化图景从守成式社会化向创新式社会化转变;由被动社会化向主动社会化转变;由注重智商发展向注重情商发展转变.为适应人的社会化图景的这些转变,必须做好社会方面的舆论和体制准备与个人方面的意识、思维方式、心理、知识、技能和实践能力的准备.

Zeitgeist of Information-society and People's Socialized Future

The zeitgeist of information society includes mainly seven fields,which are created spirit,equal spirit,present spirit,learn spirit,international spirit,humanity spirit and unite spirit.These decide the views of the people's socialized in information society.The views are transformed from conservative socialized to created socialized,from passive socialized to active socialized,from paying attention to the development of intelligence quotient to feelings quotients.We must do well two aspets of work to adapt the transform of people's socialized view.One is the social preparation which includes public opinion and system,the another is the individual preparation which includes consciousness,think form,mentality,knowledge,skill and practice ability.
