| Abstract: | Based on cognition of high-tech war conditions,this paper expounds the major characteristics of core military capability,including information preponderance obtained from knowing both oneself and one's opponents,united military actions,valiant fighting spirit,flexible artistic operations,together with integration of military deterrent and attack. |
