| 摘 要： | 中小企业已经成为我国国民经济中一支十分重要而又活跃的力量，中小企业的成长也就成为人们普遍关注的问题。众多的研究成果为中小企业的成长提供了理论上的支持和实践上的指导。障碍排除说认为中小企业成长就是一个不断排除中小企业成长过程中障碍的过程，每一个障碍的排除即意味着小企业的一次发展或进步。而发展阶段论将中小企业的发展过程划分为六个阶段，探索了每个阶段上的风险与危机，克服了危机中小企业才可能顺利进入下一个成长阶段。
