摘    要:做好高校新教师职业生涯早期管理,对新教师的尽快成长、人才潜能的充分发挥和高校的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文以南京财经大学师资队伍为案例,通过对新教师教学测评数据的分析,提出了对新教师开展职业生涯早期管理的思路,以期实现个人和学校共同成长的目标。

Abstract:It is highly significant to administrate new staff's initial career stage,so as to promote young teachers' quick maturity,to bring out the staff's potential talents and to secure sustainable development of higher educational institutions.By analyzing new staff's comprehensive teaching assessment data,this paper reflects on management measures of their initial career stage,with the aim of mutual development of both the staff and the institution.
