抗战胜利前后李先良与青岛市商会关系的演变

为适应抗战形势的不断变化，国民政府重建了青岛市政府，并任命李先良为代理市长。为了解决经费问题，李先良通过武力威胁迫使部分商会成员对其进行暗中援助。抗战胜利前夕，商会会员为自己前途计，选举出以李先良指定的人员为主的新一届商会委员会。抗战胜利后，按照国民政府的接收计划，青岛市商会被纳入以市长李先良为首的青岛市政府的管理体系之中。为了达到“把握商会，控制商人”的目的，李先良采取各种手段试图将商会控制在自己手中，为其长期盘踞青岛积蓄力量。但是面对国民政府的政治压力，以及商会因内部矛盾陷入瓦解的窘况，李先良不得不委派专人组成整理委员会，对商会进行整理。抗战胜利前后李先良与青岛市商会关系的演变，反映出这段时期四股势力之间的明争暗斗，更体现了李先良对商会的强大作用。

On the Change of Relationship between Li Xianliang and Qingdao Chamber of Commerce Around the Victory of War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression

To adjust to the development of the war between China and Japan, the National Government reestablished the Kuomintang Government of Qingdao, nominating Li Xianliang as mayor. In order to raise office outlays for the war, Li Xianliang compelled some members of Qingdao Chamber of Commerce to help the government in secret. On the eve of the Victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the members of Qingdao Chamber of Commerce established a new committee whose members were appointed by Li Xianliang. After the victory of the War, according to the take-over plan of the National Government, Qingdao Chamber of Commerce was adopted and supervised by Kuomintang Qingdao Government. Li Xianliang tried to control the Chamber of Commerce by all means in preparation for his long stay as the mayor. But under pressure from the National Government, the Chamber of Commerce collapsed due to interior conflicts; Li Xian-liang had to reorganize the committee. The change of the relationship between Li Xianliang and Qingdao Chamber of Commerce reflected the struggle and strife between the four forces as well as the significant role Li played in incluencing Qingdao Chamber of Commerce.
