摘    要:课程权利体现在课程决策、课程设计、课程实施与课程评价各个环节。一些新建本科高校,由于受到专科时期课程政策、标准和理念的影响,教师和学生在课程实施中表现出课程权利的不平等。从教师和学生的课程权利界定入手,分析目前新建本科院校师生课程权利不平等现状和矛盾的种种表现,提出了实现师生课程权利平等的有效途径。

Teacher and Stuclent's Course Rights Equality and Realization Strategy in Newly build Four-year Universities

Abstract:Course rights are incarnated in various links of course decision,design,implementation and evaluation.Affected by the old course policies,standards and conceptions in the time of three-year period,some newly-build four-year universities nowadays are facing a situation in which teachers and students have many inequalities in their course rights when implementing courses.Based on the definition of course rights of both teachers and students,this essay analyzes the current situation and various contradictions between teaches' course rights and students' in the newly-build Pfour-year universities.It also provides some effective methods to realize the equality in their course rights.
